As you may already be aware, the Association was informed during the required inspection and certification of the fire sprinkler systems that many of the sprinkler heads that were installed during the original development were later recalled due to a potential issue of the heads not activating in the event of a fire . As such, it is necessary to replace several recalled sprinkler heads located in the attics, garages, and crawl spaces of each residence.
