You will then be given the Zoom link and password or the phone number and password for call in.
Each participant that joins the meeting will be allowed 3 to 5 minutes to address the Board in Open Session. During Open Session, besides your designated time to speak, all participants will be placed on mute and only allowed to hear the rest of the meeting.
