Building Exterior Evaluation

Dear Resident,
Your association has hired DLC Construction Management to perform an exterior façade evaluation of all the buildings. The thorough inspection process will allow us to record all exterior damage visible at the time of inspection. This inspection process will be used to specify accurate repair information and utilized to create specifications necessary to obtain contractor bids for the upcoming building repair & painting project.
